Hi, I’m Claire Addis a coach, therapist, and strategic thinker who’s helped many clients move from anxious, scattered, or stuck… to calm, clear, and taking real action
Originally from Ireland, I’ve been living in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs since 2005. I’m a mum of two, a business owner, and someone who’s navigated my own share of pressure, doubt, and big decisions. I get it, life can feel like too much.
That’s why my approach to coaching is both practical and personal. No fluff, no forced positivity. Just real conversations that help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and build strategies that actually work.
