Why do people come to coaching?

Most of the people I work with are high-functioning but internally stuck. They are overthinking everything, caught in perfectionism or people-pleasing, or feeling burnt out and unmotivated.

What happens in a coaching session?
Each coaching session is 60 minutes and tailored to you.
Together, we might:

Use practical tools to build clarity, confidence, and direction
Set a clear next step and support you in taking it
Some people come for one or two sessions to work through something specific. Others do a short series to create real momentum.
